Hey there! I'm Lydia Gibson, a MS Statistics student at California State University East Bay graduating in May 2023 and Data Analytics Graduate Intern at Intel. I am a co-founder and executive board member of my school's American Statistical Association (ASA) Student Chapter, as well as co-chair of the ASA Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Outreach Group (JEDI OG) Student and Young Professionals Committee. I'm a lifelong learner with an inquisitive mind and an insatiable quest for knowledge who enjoys solving puzzles and reading anything that I can get my hands on. I'm super excited to meet everyone at rstudio::conf(2022) and I hope to get to chat about ggplot2, data viz, and machine learning in R.
